Zebra printer emulator · ZPL
A Zebra network printer on your computer. Your label software prints to IP:9100, just as it would to a real Zebra, and the label appears on screen right away.
Free, no sign-up Windows 10/11 and macOS 15+ Works offline Version 0.1.0
How it works
The emulator listens on the same port as a Zebra network printer and answers status queries, so your software prints as usual and never hangs waiting for the printer.
Open the app. The printer turns on by itself and shows its address, for example 192.168.0.15:9100.
Point your software to that address, directly by IP or through a Windows printer with a Raw TCP/IP port.
Print. Each job shows up in the history with a preview of its labels.

Answered ~HS: ready, no errors. Label 2 has no ^XZ, marked as incomplete.
Fix the ZPL, render it again and export the PDF for the customer to approve.

A tab with the received ZPL, ready to edit. Accents in UTF-8 (^CI28) and CP850, ~DG graphics kept between jobs.
Every job is saved with the original ZPL and an image of each label, even after you close the app.
Turn the printer off or simulate paper out, head open and pause, and see how your software reacts.
