Emulador ZPL · Synthros
Terms of use
Version of October 20, 2026
These terms explain how you may use Emulador ZPL. By installing or using the program, you agree to them.
1. Who provides the software
Emulador ZPL is developed and distributed by Synthros, based in Vinhedo, São Paulo, Brazil. Contact: contato@synthros.com.br.
2. What you may do
Synthros grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- install Emulador ZPL on as many computers as you like;
- use it for personal, educational or commercial purposes, including testing labels for customers and production systems;
- share the address of the download page with others.
3. What is not allowed
- selling, renting or charging for Emulador ZPL, on its own or as part of another product;
- distributing copies of the program (modified or not) through other channels without written permission from Synthros;
- decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering the program, except where the law expressly allows it;
- removing or changing copyright notices, trademarks or these terms.
4. Ownership and trademarks
Emulador ZPL, its source code, and the Synthros name, logo and symbol belong to Synthros. The source code is not published. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Zebra and ZPL are trademarks of Zebra Technologies. Emulador ZPL is not affiliated with Zebra Technologies, which neither endorses nor supports it.
5. No warranty
Emulador ZPL is provided free of charge, "as is". It imitates a Zebra network printer, but the image on screen may differ from the label printed on a real printer (fonts, barcodes and unsupported commands). Before using a label in production, check the result on a real printer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synthros is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the program, including errors in labels that were checked only in the emulator. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law guarantees and that cannot be waived by contract.
7. Your data
- Your labels stay on your computer. History, images and settings are stored only in the app's data folder on your own computer. Synthros does not receive the content of your labels.
- New version check. When it opens and once a day, the app checks synthros.com.br for a newer version. This check sends no label data; the server only receives the technical information of any internet request, such as the IP address. You can turn it off in Settings → Updates.
- Labelary comparison (optional). If you turn it on, label content is sent to the external Labelary service (labelary.com), under its own terms. It is off by default.
Contact details you send us by email are handled under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). For questions or requests about your data, write to contato@synthros.com.br.
